World Book Day 2026
We had a lovely day celebrating World Book Day. Well done to everyone who dressed up as fabulous book characters - you did a great job and made such a fabulous effort.

Across the school from Nursery to Year 6, we based our World Book Day activities on 'Wild Book Day' by Karl Newson and James Brown.
Bedtime Stories

Trip to Waterstone's
Some of our amazing readers got a special treat - a trip to Waterstones bookstore in Sunderland City Centre. They looked around the store and chose a book to take home. The staff commented on how lovely our pupils were. Click on the photographs below to enlarge them.
