This is for everyone who has an entitlement to FSM
The government are setting up a system whereby vouchers (£15) a week per child can be sent to your email address. School have to verify your entitlement and need to forward your email address to the appropriate body.
If you do not have a current email address, please set one up asap.
By 12 lunchtime on Monday 6th April can you please make sure you have emailed the following information to martinlawson@castletownprimary.org.uk
Child / childrens full names
Mobile / house phone number
email address.
Any information received after this date we will not be able to submit. Help us to help you by getting straight on board with this request.
